I am generally pretty flexible with the things I like. Character-driven stories are awesome, plot-driven stories are awesome, explicit porn is awesome, angst and bleakness are awesome, happy endings are awesome, humor is awesome! Etc.
A few of my favourite things include:
-Politics, history and worldbuilding
-Road trips (or spaceship trips, actual ship trips, etc)
-Stoic women with repressed feelings
-Female antiheroes or villains with complex motivations
-Enemies forced to work together by circumstance
-Time travel shenanigans (including Peggy Sues!)

-Unexpected and unconventional happy endings

-Tragedies that are more-or-less inevitable given the nature of the individuals involved
-People living in less-than-ideal or even actively hostile situations who manage to carve out some kind of happiness despite that.

I am generally okay with violence, noncon, character death, etc - provided that it is warned for up front - though I would prefer that stories do not focus solely on trauma/horror/violence, and if these do come up as part of the story, I am more interested in the lead up and the aftermath than in dragging out the details of the act itself. Also, if you want to write shipfic and need to work your way around a canon relationship (or just like writing it), I do enjoy poly!

I really love the side of Galadriel we see in The Silmarillion, impulsive and reckless as well as powerful and wise, and I'd love to see anything more about her - her childhood, her adventures in Middle-Earth in any period: building kingdoms and then coming to terms with the loss and decline of everything she's built. I particularly like her complicated relationship with the Valar (and my very strong preference is for the version of the story where she is barred from returning to Valinor until the moment she turns down the one ring) and also her understanding of and empathy with the dwarves. I'd love to see her hanging out in Khazad-dum!
There's also a bit of a contradiction in First Age Galadriel that absolutely fascinates me - she's already powerful and very ambitious, and yet plays a comparatively small role in Beleriand politics. We know that early on she was learning from Melian and falling in love with Celeborn, but what else was she doing? Particularly after the death of Thingol, she just seems to fall out of the story until the Second Age - anything about what on earth she was doing would be really satisfying! There is a line in the Fellowship of the Ring where Galadriel says of her past that "...ere the fall of Nargothrond or Gondolin I passed over the mountains..." - which doesn't then seem to be picked up in the Silmarillion, but if you wanted to write a story where Galadriel crossed the Blue Mountains to have adventures in the mid-First Age (maybe she went all the way to Khazad-dum!) only to return to Beleriand during the War of Wrath like the Troy pizza gif I would be DELIGHTED.
I'm fairly neutral about Galadriel/Celeborn - happy to have it appear or not - and also happy with any other non-canon Galadriel pairings, particularly femslash - but no Galadriel/Feanor, please, noncon or otherwise.
Nerdanel
I've read the Silmarillion several times, but not the Unfinished Tales or HoME, so my recent discovery that Nerdanel's role was originally much bigger until Christopher Tolkien CUT IT BACK was just horrifying. I love her so much and find her so fascinating - an artist and sculptor, a match to the mightiest/greatest of the Elves who wasn't even particularly pretty, mother to SEVEN CHILDREN, stubborn and strong willed enough to stand up not only to Feanor but also to their sons, and then to lose them all... Anything, absolutely anything more about her would be wonderful.
I do actually find the romance between her and Feanor interesting, and would be fascinated to see what their courtship and the early years of their marriage were like, but also what it was like for her during their estrangement and separation - and her friendship with Indis! That is so fascinating and also what a FUCK YOU to Feanor, lol. Or what was it like to remain in Valinor while her husband and sons (and eventually grandsons) left her died, one after the other? Were any of them ever returned to their bodies, and how did she feel about it? There's a lot of darkness in the Silmarillion and I feel like Nerdanel's fate is a lot bleaker than it initially appears.
Again, as with Galadriel I'm happy with gen, Nerdanel/Feanor, or any other noncanon pairings you'd like to explore, but no incest between Nerdanel and any of her relatives, please (I am fine with cousin-cousin relationships in her kids' generation).
Aredhel/Thuringwethil
This is such a fun pairing - and honestly would be so much better for Aredhel than her canon marriage. Eol: WORSE than a literal vampire, lol!
Having Aredhel run into Thuringwethil instead of Eol could be really fascinating, but so would Aredhel running into Thuringwethil while married to Eol, or while trying to escape him - or maybe even Aredhel and Thuringwethil's spirits meeting somehow in Valinor, after they both died? There really are so many fun directions you could take this - spooky and ambiguously dark, or as the desperate choice of a woman who used to be fearless, or somehow finding something hopeful in the most unexpected places. Anything would be really fun!
I'm fine with having Maeglin hanging out with them (this is my other mother the vampire...?) or writing him out completely, whatever suits the story.
Turin Turambar/Nienor Niniel
Turin is SO TERRIBLE and yet I have a sneaking affection for him despite myself - probably because so many people who are so much better than him seem invested in him and his happiness. And also because his whole family came so close to finding happiness so many times, and yet inevitably fucked it up somehow, with Nienor and Turin's first meeting being the epitome of family fuck ups.
I can't help but wonder what would have happened if they'd been married for longer - five or ten years, say - before they found out the truth that they were siblings? Or even if Nienor found out the truth in a less traumatic way and didn't immediately commit suicide? I'd love to see how they could have tried to come to terms with the truth and live with it, somehow. I'd also love to see more of Nienor before she lost her memory - how did she feel about her childhood and her famous brother? And even after she lost her memory, was part of her attraction to Turin her subconscious longing for her lost family? I'd also love an AU where they met in a different way and still fell in love - maybe even as adults who knew they were siblings but couldn't get past their feelings - or a role reversal where Nienor also became a warrior and rescued a lost Turin, and Turin was the one who lost his memories?

Yennefer request details
I love Yennefer so, so much. She is flawed and damaged and has been trying for so long to become better, to make something meaningful of her life despite having no real idea what that might look like - everything about her delights and fascinates me.
I love how complex and painful her relationship with Tissaia is - Tissaia was absolutely emotionally abusive when Yennefer was her student, and neither of them can get past that (and maybe nor should they?) but at the same time they are both desperate for the other's approval and love, it's absolutely compelling. Any kind of story between the two of them would thrill me - maybe working together during canon at some point after Yennefer went to Aedirn, or reconnecting after Yennefer left the Brotherhood, or even postcanon in the aftermath of Sodden Hill?
I also love Fringilla, I really wish we saw more of her transformation from the kind, slightly awkward student in Aretuza to the ice-cold true believer of Sodden Hill, and I love her rivalry with Yennefer. Any missing scene from canon would be wonderful - maybe moments together as students, or chance meetings after they'd both left the Brotherhood. I'd also absolutely love to see an AU where Yennefer went to Nilfgaard instead of or as well as Fringilla, and how that would change both of them.
I don't necessarily ship Yennefer and Geralt really hard, but I enjoy their relationship (whether romantic or a friendship), and I'm really excited to see what will happen once Ciri joins them! I'd just really like to see their adventures, and Yennefer and Geralt teaching and supporting Ciri. Please feel free to include background Yennefer/Geralt or not as you choose, I'm happy either way.
Renfri and Marilka request details
The worst thing about the Witcher is that it introduced two of my favourite characters, Renfri and Marilka, in episode 1 - and promptly wrote them both out. I would be so thrilled by anything more you could give me, for either of them alone or both together as gen or femslash - literally ANYTHING would be a delight! They're both such interesting blends of ruthless pragmatism and real caring, clearly shaped by the misogyny of their lives but trying to rise above it - I just loved them both so much.
I'd love to see what Marilka does after the end of the episode; I don't believe that's it, she's going to be stuck in Blaviken for the rest of her life. Any kind of Marilka adventures would be delightful! And I'd also love to see Renfri come back in whatever form you wanted - something supernatural and haunting, Renfri coming back as a ghost or maybe a different kind of monster! Maybe Marilka used her knowledge gained from working for Stregobor to bring her back somehow? Or maybe Stregobor's experiments bring Renfri back, and Marilka helps her escape? I'd also love backstory for either character. And I always love a canon divergence AU! Maybe Marilka switched sides to help Renfri instead of Stregobor, and they were able to walk away together and find a new post-revenge life and adventures outside Blaviken?
I'm fine with Renfri/Geralt and happy if you include it - or just have Geralt hanging out and going on adventures with Renfri and/or Marilka, if you want to write an AU that way - as long as the focus remains on Renfri and/or Marilka.

Missandei and Daenerys and Grey Worm request details
I would be absolutely thrilled by a story covering any possible grouping of these characters, with any possible pairing-gen relationship combination. Grey Worm and Missandei are two of my favourite characters in the whole show - and Dany, well she was flawed from the beginning, but I was rooting for her all along and the way her story ended really disappointed me, not only for its own sake but for what it meant for the cause Missandei had died for and Grey Worm had sacrificed so much for. I'm not necessarily looking for a fix-it, though I'd love to get one, I'd just like MORE about any of them. Grey Worm and Missandei's romance was so sweet and heartbreaking - and I'm a sucker for "I'd burn down the world for you" pairings, particularly when, as with Dany and Missandei, they're literally true - and I just loved all three of them so much.
I'd particularly adore anything that gave us more of their story and relationships from Missandei and/or Grey Worm's point of view. A rehash of canon events from a different point of view would be really fun (but please don't end on or heavily foreshadow Missandei's death). And I always love a canon divergence AU - perhaps where Missandei didn't die, or where the war against Cersei went less stupidly, or maybe even where Dany decided to stay in Essos. Or a complete divergence where some or all of the characters met earlier, and differently, to canon?
Ned Stark request details
These are all a bit cracky, but last year I had a lot of fun writing a Ned/Jaime/Cersei canon divergence AU, and I've realised that Ned Stark/his complete opposite in morals and values (or Ned Stark & his complete opposite!) is a lot of fun and I would love to see more of it! Ned reluctantly finding common ground (= sex) with the Lannister twins he loathes so much would be so compelling regardless of how it happened, there are actually a lot of possibilities and all of them would be enormous fun. And while we don't see what Ned thinks of Dornish culture I think it would be safe to say he'd hate that too, so again, finding a way to find common ground with Oberyn or Elia - or that Elia is not the swooningly grateful rescued princess he might expect - could be lots of fun!
I do love a good canon divergence AU - eg "what if Season 1 went differently and Ned didn't lose his head" or "what if Ned married someone other than Catelyn (or remarried after Catelyn's death)" or "what if Ned got to King's Landing a bit earlier during Robert's Rebellion and managed to save Elia and maybe one or both of her kids" etc. (If you only have one child surviving, I would strongly prefer it to be Rhaenys.) Or really anything! But trying to fit the relationships I've requested into canon might be fun, too. Honestly anything you could write for these relationships would be absolutely fascinating!

I 100% read Ketsu as Sabine’s super dramatic ex - I’d love to see anything between them in any period, including a happy future where they work their shit out and get back together. In particular, I'd love some Ketsu perspective on the events of canon, or some Ketsu backstory, and if that gets into ridiculous OTT Mandalorian politics/history, all the better! My secret headcanon - for maximum lesbian Romeo and Juliet drama - is that Ketsu's clan belong(ed) to House Kryze and were pacifist New Mandalorians back in the day, which would then put a whole extra layer of complex tragedy on Ketsu's ice-cold survivalist persona when we first meet her, not to mention complicating her relationship with House Viszla-aligned Sabine and Sabine's commitment to traditional Mandalorian culture. But really anything Ketsu (and Sabine) would be a delight! I just want to know more about her, and about her relationship with Sabine.
It would also be fun to see where Sabine and Ketsu end up in the future - despite the absurd, OTT amount of backstory they have both managed to fit in by the start of the show (Imperial cadets, criminal gang members, Rebellion members) they're both so damn young - it would be amazing to see what their lives were like in another ten or twenty years, too. If you wanted to crossover with The Mandalorian characters, that would be really fun too! Baby Yoda is a bit young to need a lightsaber teacher yet, but one day...!
Hera and Sabine request details
Hera and Sabine obviously have a really close bond on the show, and I wish we'd gotten more of them together - any Hera and Sabine story from any era would be lovely! I'd love to find out how they first met - how Sabine came to join the Ghost, how she came to trust Hera and decided to join the fight against the Empire with her - or what happened during the last episode timeskip (I REFUSE to believe that Sabine was hanging out on Lothal that whole time while Hera was raising her son and fighting the Empire - no fucking way). Sabine going on missions with Hera, helping her with Jacen, trying to balance her role in the rebellion with her responsibilities back home on Mandalore - all would be so great! Or what about what happens after Sabine and Ahsoka return from their search for Ezra - whether they were successful or not - how would Hera and Sabine reconnect?
Just a note: I nominated and requested Hera & Sabine because I love their canon friendship and a gen adventure/character study would absolutely thrill me, but I do also ship them, so if you wanted to hint at or add anything explicitly romantic between them, please feel free! Alternatively, I'm fine with other background ships including Hera/Kanan, Sabine/Ketsu, Sabine/Ahsoka, Hera/Ahsoka, Hera/Rex, and really any possible femslash pairing, but please no Sabine/Ezra.
Rex and Vader request details
Rex is one of my favourite characters probably in all of Star Wars - I love the gradual, awful awakening he comes to during TCW as he realises the injustice of his own creation and the corruption of the Republic, and I love him even more in Rebels, where he's managed to find some kind of inner peace despite the horror of his past - he has an almost Jedi-like sense of acceptance in how he manages to deal with the truly awful shit he's lived through. I loved how close but fundamentally flawed his relationship with Anakin was, too - trust and respect, but it was never quite enough. As painful as it would have been, I'm so sad we never saw him find out the truth about Vader or interact with him during Rebels. Vader so obviously hasn't quite forgotten Anakin Skywalker and the people Anakin loved, even if he wishes he could - it would be so fascinating to see him having to deal with Rex, too! Anything exploring how they feel about where they ended up, showing that they still care in some way despite themselves (and that caring may or may not be enough to change anything), would be wonderful. I do love a good trope, too - "enemies forced to work together by circumstances" and "time-travel fix-its" (or "time-travel fuck-it-up-differentlys") are two of my favourite things and Rex and Vader would be perfect for both!
Again, as with Hera & Sabine, I've requested gen for this and gen would absolutely delight me! But I do also ship Rex/Vader (and Rex/Anakin) so if you'd like to include something romantic please feel free - but also absolutely not obliged. Any possible Rex and Vader story would thrill me! I also ship Anakin/Ahsoka/Rex and/or Vader/Ahsoka/Rex, but I'm not really a fan of Ahsoka/Rex on its own, so please don't include it unless Vader is part of the pairing as well.

Yennefer request details
I love Yennefer so, so much. She is flawed and damaged and has been trying for so long to become better, to make something meaningful of her life despite having no real idea what that might look like - everything about her delights and fascinates me.
I love how complex and painful her relationship with Tissaia is - Tissaia was absolutely emotionally abusive when Yennefer was her student, and neither of them can get past that (and maybe nor should they?) but at the same time they are both desperate for the other's approval and love, it's absolutely compelling. Any kind of story between the two of them would thrill me - maybe working together during canon at some point after Yennefer went to Aedirn, or reconnecting after Yennefer left the Brotherhood, or even postcanon in the aftermath of Sodden Hill?
I also love Fringilla, I really wish we saw more of her transformation from the kind, slightly awkward student in Aretuza to the ice-cold true believer of Sodden Hill, and I love her rivalry with Yennefer. Any missing scene from canon would be wonderful - maybe moments together as students, or chance meetings after they'd both left the Brotherhood. I'd also absolutely love to see an AU where Yennefer went to Nilfgaard instead of or as well as Fringilla, and how that would change both of them.
I don't necessarily ship Yennefer and Geralt really hard, but I enjoy their relationship (whether romantic or a friendship), and I'm really excited to see what will happen once Ciri joins them! I'd just really like to see their adventures, and Yennefer and Geralt teaching and supporting Ciri. Please feel free to include background Yennefer/Geralt or not as you choose, I'm happy either way.
Renfri and Marilka request details
The worst thing about the Witcher is that it introduced two of my favourite characters, Renfri and Marilka, in episode 1 - and promptly wrote them both out. I would be so thrilled by anything more you could give me, for either of them alone or both together as gen or femslash - literally ANYTHING would be a delight! They're both such interesting blends of ruthless pragmatism and real caring, clearly shaped by the misogyny of their lives but trying to rise above it - I just loved them both so much.
I'd love to see what Marilka does after the end of the episode; I don't believe that's it, she's going to be stuck in Blaviken for the rest of her life. Any kind of Marilka adventures would be delightful! And I'd also love to see Renfri come back in whatever form you wanted - something supernatural and haunting, Renfri coming back as a ghost or maybe a different kind of monster! Maybe Marilka used her knowledge gained from working for Stregobor to bring her back somehow? Or maybe Stregobor's experiments bring Renfri back, and Marilka helps her escape? I'd also love backstory for either character. And I always love a canon divergence AU! Maybe Marilka switched sides to help Renfri instead of Stregobor, and they were able to walk away together and find a new post-revenge life and adventures outside Blaviken?
I'm fine with Renfri/Geralt and happy if you include it - or just have Geralt hanging out and going on adventures with Renfri and/or Marilka, if you want to write an AU that way - as long as the focus remains on Renfri and/or Marilka.

Missandei and Daenerys and Grey Worm request details
I would be absolutely thrilled by a story covering any possible grouping of these characters, with any possible pairing-gen relationship combination. Grey Worm and Missandei are two of my favourite characters in the whole show - and Dany, well she was flawed from the beginning, but I was rooting for her all along and the way her story ended really disappointed me, not only for its own sake but for what it meant for the cause Missandei had died for and Grey Worm had sacrificed so much for. I'm not necessarily looking for a fix-it, though I'd love to get one, I'd just like MORE about any of them. Grey Worm and Missandei's romance was so sweet and heartbreaking - and I'm a sucker for "I'd burn down the world for you" pairings, particularly when, as with Dany and Missandei, they're literally true - and I just loved all three of them so much.
I'd particularly adore anything that gave us more of their story and relationships from Missandei and/or Grey Worm's point of view. A rehash of canon events from a different point of view would be really fun (but please don't end on or heavily foreshadow Missandei's death). And I always love a canon divergence AU - perhaps where Missandei didn't die, or where the war against Cersei went less stupidly, or maybe even where Dany decided to stay in Essos. Or a complete divergence where some or all of the characters met earlier, and differently, to canon?
Ned Stark request details
These are all a bit cracky, but last year I had a lot of fun writing a Ned/Jaime/Cersei canon divergence AU, and I've realised that Ned Stark/his complete opposite in morals and values (or Ned Stark & his complete opposite!) is a lot of fun and I would love to see more of it! Ned reluctantly finding common ground (= sex) with the Lannister twins he loathes so much would be so compelling regardless of how it happened, there are actually a lot of possibilities and all of them would be enormous fun. And while we don't see what Ned thinks of Dornish culture I think it would be safe to say he'd hate that too, so again, finding a way to find common ground with Oberyn or Elia - or that Elia is not the swooningly grateful rescued princess he might expect - could be lots of fun!
I do love a good canon divergence AU - eg "what if Season 1 went differently and Ned didn't lose his head" or "what if Ned married someone other than Catelyn (or remarried after Catelyn's death)" or "what if Ned got to King's Landing a bit earlier during Robert's Rebellion and managed to save Elia and maybe one or both of her kids" etc. (If you only have one child surviving, I would strongly prefer it to be Rhaenys.) Or really anything! But trying to fit the relationships I've requested into canon might be fun, too. Honestly anything you could write for these relationships would be absolutely fascinating!

Sabine/Ketsu request details
I 100% read Ketsu as Sabine’s super dramatic ex - I’d love to see anything between them in any period, including a happy future where they work their shit out and get back together. In particular, I'd love some Ketsu perspective on the events of canon, or some Ketsu backstory, and if that gets into ridiculous OTT Mandalorian politics/history, all the better! My secret headcanon - for maximum lesbian Romeo and Juliet drama - is that Ketsu's clan belong(ed) to House Kryze and were pacifist New Mandalorians back in the day, which would then put a whole extra layer of complex tragedy on Ketsu's ice-cold survivalist persona when we first meet her, not to mention complicating her relationship with House Viszla-aligned Sabine and Sabine's commitment to traditional Mandalorian culture. But really anything Ketsu (and Sabine) would be a delight! I just want to know more about her, and about her relationship with Sabine.
It would also be fun to see where Sabine and Ketsu end up in the future - despite the absurd, OTT amount of backstory they have both managed to fit in by the start of the show (Imperial cadets, criminal gang members, Rebellion members) they're both so damn young - it would be amazing to see what their lives were like in another ten or twenty years, too. If you wanted to crossover with The Mandalorian characters, that would be really fun too! Baby Yoda is a bit young to need a lightsaber teacher yet, but one day...!
Hera and Sabine request details
Hera and Sabine obviously have a really close bond on the show, and I wish we'd gotten more of them together - any Hera and Sabine story from any era would be lovely! I'd love to find out how they first met - how Sabine came to join the Ghost, how she came to trust Hera and decided to join the fight against the Empire with her - or what happened during the last episode timeskip (I REFUSE to believe that Sabine was hanging out on Lothal that whole time while Hera was raising her son and fighting the Empire - no fucking way). Sabine going on missions with Hera, helping her with Jacen, trying to balance her role in the rebellion with her responsibilities back home on Mandalore - all would be so great! Or what about what happens after Sabine and Ahsoka return from their search for Ezra - whether they were successful or not - how would Hera and Sabine reconnect?
Just a note: I nominated and requested Hera & Sabine because I love their canon friendship and a gen adventure/character study would absolutely thrill me, but I do also ship them, so if you wanted to hint at or add anything explicitly romantic between them, please feel free! Alternatively, I'm fine with other background ships including Hera/Kanan, Sabine/Ketsu, Sabine/Ahsoka, Hera/Ahsoka, Hera/Rex, and really any possible femslash pairing, but please no Sabine/Ezra.
Rex and Vader request details
Rex is one of my favourite characters probably in all of Star Wars - I love the gradual, awful awakening he comes to during TCW as he realises the injustice of his own creation and the corruption of the Republic, and I love him even more in Rebels, where he's managed to find some kind of inner peace despite the horror of his past - he has an almost Jedi-like sense of acceptance in how he manages to deal with the truly awful shit he's lived through. I loved how close but fundamentally flawed his relationship with Anakin was, too - trust and respect, but it was never quite enough. As painful as it would have been, I'm so sad we never saw him find out the truth about Vader or interact with him during Rebels. Vader so obviously hasn't quite forgotten Anakin Skywalker and the people Anakin loved, even if he wishes he could - it would be so fascinating to see him having to deal with Rex, too! Anything exploring how they feel about where they ended up, showing that they still care in some way despite themselves (and that caring may or may not be enough to change anything), would be wonderful. I do love a good trope, too - "enemies forced to work together by circumstances" and "time-travel fix-its" (or "time-travel fuck-it-up-differentlys") are two of my favourite things and Rex and Vader would be perfect for both!
Again, as with Hera & Sabine, I've requested gen for this and gen would absolutely delight me! But I do also ship Rex/Vader (and Rex/Anakin) so if you'd like to include something romantic please feel free - but also absolutely not obliged. Any possible Rex and Vader story would thrill me! I also ship Anakin/Ahsoka/Rex and/or Vader/Ahsoka/Rex, but I'm not really a fan of Ahsoka/Rex on its own, so please don't include it unless Vader is part of the pairing as well.
